Differentiating from the parent Brand.
Red Loft are housing and regeneration consultants based in London. As part of their business, they offer a Sales division, taking care of Sales on behalf of developers, local authority and housing associations.
Red Loft are well established ith a strong and recognisable brand identity. They asked us to have a look of ways of differentiating the brand of their sales division from that of the main consultancy business.
We understood that we needed to retain the recognisability of the main brand but offer a dynamic, modern and forward looking identity that Developers and consumers alike, would relate to.
After final designs were agreed, we produced a set of Brand Guidelines for RedLoft to ensure that the brand was used correctly and effectively in all mediums of communication.
